As a leading mobile operator in a competitive and fast-moving market, my client needed to develop its people consistently across 25 countries without breaking the bank.

Management wanted to help the finance community see how their work contributes to the bigger picture, and to broaden their finance knowledge and skills. But how can we deliver high-quality training which meets Group and local needs without digging deep into pockets?

I developed training in a box: standalone, flexible and interactive training sessions on key finance topics. Each virtual training box provided materials and guidance for local experts to deliver high quality training for a fraction of the normal cost. Click show me to see sample materials.

Working with internal subject matter experts, I used my facilitation expertise to pull together the right content, which I then moulded into easy-to-deliver and interactive training materials.

The simple and effective training in a box method is now being used for group-wide performance management training to all employees, in both classroom and self-study format.
