Training ideas

Hide and seek

Here’s an easy way to shuffle people into new table groups…

Stick one coloured post-it note under each person’s chair, using different colours to represent the different groups you want to create. You may need to use a bit of sticky tape to fix the post-it notes firmly. Tell participants that somewhere not too far away from where they’re sat, they will find something that will put them into new table groups. Challenge them to see who can find it first. Once participants find their post-it notes, tell them to move to new their new table groups.

Promotes networking and (despite some clambering under chairs) very easy.
